These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Voices in My Head mobile application and related services. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Voices in My Head is a private journaling and reflection application designed to help users record thoughts, moods, experiences, voice entries, written entries, attachments, and other personal reflections.
The app may also provide AI-assisted features that help users review, summarize, organize, or reflect on information they choose to provide.
Certain features may be available without creating an account. Other features, including synchronization, cloud storage, AI-powered functionality, and subscription features, may require an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity associated with your account.
Voices in My Head offers an optional auto-renewable subscription currently priced at $4.99 per month.
The subscription may provide access to premium or account-based features, which may include AI-powered review or coaching features, cloud-based synchronization, enhanced journal functionality, and other premium features made available in the app.
Features included in the subscription may evolve over time as the app is improved.
Subscriptions purchased through the iOS version of Voices in My Head are processed through Apple using your Apple ID.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Voices in My Head does not directly control Apple's billing, refund, renewal, or cancellation processes.
If you previously purchased a subscription through Apple, you may be able to restore that purchase using the Restore Purchases functionality provided within the app, subject to Apple's systems and policies.
Some portions of Voices in My Head may remain available without payment. Premium features may require an active subscription.
The app will identify when a feature requires a subscription before requiring payment.
Voices in My Head may provide AI-assisted features, including AI Deep Review, personalized questions, summaries, reflection tools, or other analytical features.
AI processing occurs only when a user actively requests or uses an AI-powered feature. The AI does not independently review journal content outside an active user-requested session.
Depending on the feature requested, relevant journal entries, user-provided context, and limited account information may be transmitted to an AI service provider for processing.
AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a user's individual circumstances and should not be treated as professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.
Voices in My Head is a journaling and reflection tool and is not a substitute for professional medical care, mental health treatment, emergency services, or crisis intervention.
If you believe you are experiencing an emergency or are in immediate danger, contact appropriate emergency services in your location.
You retain ownership of the journal entries, voice entries, images, attachments, and other content you create or upload.
You grant Voices in My Head only the limited rights necessary to store, process, transmit, and display your content in order to provide the functionality you request.
Your journal content is not sold to advertisers.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts, interfere with app operation, distribute malicious code, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Your use of Voices in My Head is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how journal content may be processed when you request AI features, what third-party services are used, how information is stored, and how account deletion works.

Users may delete their account using the account deletion functionality provided by Voices in My Head.
When account deletion is completed, associated user database records, stored attachments, and account information are intended to be permanently removed from Voices in My Head systems, subject to any limited retention required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legitimate recordkeeping.
Deleting a Voices in My Head account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Apple subscriptions must be managed through Apple.
We may update, modify, suspend, add, or remove features as the app develops.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will include a revised effective date.
Voices in My Head is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that AI-generated content will always be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voices in My Head and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the app.
If you use Voices in My Head on an Apple device, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Voices in My Head, not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, except to the extent required under Apple's applicable platform terms.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to your use of the iOS application.
